Glow In the Dark Tattos

    does anyone have a glow in the dark tattoo?  do you know if you can get a glow in the dark tattoo and get a colored tattoo over it.  will it still glow in the dark with more ink over it?

    You could try 3D tattoo that would be quite cool one it would be give an sparky look to your tattoo.
