Star Wars books

  1. Anybody here Into them if so what's some of your favorites?

  2. I'm reading the cannon ones right now, starting with Episode I. I'm half way through Episode III, and after I finish VI I'm going to move onto the Thawn Trilogy. Attack of the Clones is pretty decent and adds to the whole Anakin/Padme shit, which is both kinda neat but at the same time can be cheesy. Looking forward to Revenge of the Sith though, cause that movie is fucking awesome.

In the past I read a book about Darth Maul, called "Shadow Hunter". I also finished a book about people trying to get Darth Vader's indestructible glove. When I was young, I also really liked the short stories about Obi Wan and Qui-Gon Jinn!

Shadow Hunter was probably my favorite, but thats just cause shit gets kinda crazy. and who doesnt love Darth Maul?

  3. All of Matthew Stover's books were excellent

  4. I read a lot of these in the late 90's. I don't remember all of them but the Admiral Thrawn ones were pretty good.

  5. Discovered a horror one called Death Troopers. I'll be checking it out.

  6. Star by Star, written by Troy Denning. It's set in the "new Jedi Order". Luke is the new Jedi Master and stuff, that's one I read back in high school. Quite a long read, but kept me entertained throughout! 10/10 would reccomend

  7. I'd highly recommend "Darth Plagueis", can't remember who wrote it, but it's about the Emperor's Sith Master and his descent to the dark side. Just really well written, unlike some of the Star Wars books I've read.
