well.. not it's not.. just realized that. timezones are off by an hour so it's either 1:23 or 12:23.. somewhere. but not 4:20 fuck it i'll just get high at 4:27
I always wondered how one big stretch of land (the time zone) be on the exact same time to the minute, if our 24 hour clock is based off the rotation of earth and the placement of the sun and what not wouldn't there be minute differences inside each time zone?
