  1. Just put my girls in my DIY cloner... i know this is going to sound nuts, but i got some Kush clones for free.. But the guy who gave to me didnt put them in Clonex like he said he would.... So upon receiving them i thought they were... Tells me 3 hours later they weren't. So i PUT in the Cloner with Dome. In my Res is House & Garden Root Excel, also House & Garden Drip Clean... My PPM to start from Tap were at 84 after adding i was at 150PPM....I wanna stay low... Now out of the 6 he gave me.. Only 3 of them are showing any signs of problems right now..(i don't know how) the good 3 look really good.. the other 3 have the smaller leaves yellowing and dying off.. But only the smaller leaves...My room Temp is at 85-93f... I dont have a res temp... and my humidity is steady at 13-20%....I will post pictures when i check on them later....also My PH when checked this morning was at 6.2 from 5.7... i placed it back to 5.7....

    ANY TIPS or Advice please

I will be on here frequently. So any replies should be responded to fairly quickly. I also keep great records ( accounting major) so any question you may have I can probably answer. So that's it pretty much. I am able to check my girls pretty often. So I'm on top of them. Especially right now

@[member="Skunkbred1"] most likely, lack of o2 due to high temps. those cubes should be covered with hydroton, light is just pouring in your res.

gotta get temps down to mid 70's.

Ok I will cove them. But they really aren't that deep in the nets. Should I just do what I can...

Thank you so much. I will be keeping a detailed journal. Many pics and info. So if you could follow and I follow back. Hopefully help each other. I have knowledge in hydroponic (not a pro by any stretch of imagination) so I maybe to help u a little. Not too much tho. Lol @[member="TheAnswer121"]

  5. main concern is temps. ur rockwool will cause an issue over time as it is wet and exposed to the light, get it covered just to be safe

Got the temps down and cover the rock wool with hydroton. Also placed a warm air humidifier in there at night. I used it a little today. Seen the more humidity the better. So I kept the dome on also... Talked to my old head and he told plain and simple spray those babies with PH'd water. So mist them and the dome. Trying everything @[member="TheAnswer121"]

  7. Actually improving. Starting to get some growth from the good ones and the others are starting to green again... I know once they get roots they will be good... Haven't taken the girls out to check. Just looked at the rock wool.... But I have a question

I hit them with some H&G magic green... Says only once a week....
Now I ended up grabbing some clonex mist ( old head told me ). But I was thinking if I hit them with it this week it maybe to strong for these babies still...

Should I wait a week? Or tomorrow

They are wet. I spray them whenever I see them dry with plain water

  9. So should I trim the dead ones off... I was thinking that though... But no roots, they're coming though I have a feeling 2-3 more days

  11. Did you answer the quest about the clonex ? Hit them or nah

  12. I haven't yet. And I'm not going to. Just going to wait till a week..

One question you may know is......

Should I change my water out of my clones or just add more nutrients?

I was thinking just adding the H&G grow Base A&B. maybe bring my PPM to 200-225 range.

Right now the PPM's are at a pretty regular range of 150-175

  13. It's all good. Ended up hitting them and it was fine...

    Little update on my journal.

Finally ended up changing the water out and adding H&G Aquaflakes A&B, H&G Root Excel, H&G Algen Extract, and H&G Drip Clean. After adding my PPMs were 200. Also changed out my 1000w bulb with a T5 light. Wow after doing this 2 days ago now I have my first sign of ROOTS..lol it's been stressful. I'm going to keep them in the bucket till at least next week... Want to have Roots at least 6 inches long. After that I'm thinking of putting them in darkness for 36-48 hours... Researched and learned this promotes stronger roots.. Seeing without light that's all they can do... Does anyone do this? Know anything about this process?

  14. What u guys think?

  15. I would bury the rockwool so you dont form mold.

2 of your cuttings are looking pretty burned. did they start out that way?

  16. I have the big gro blocks... I am short on Groton. So can I just cover the tops with them. Making sure no light penetrates

To answer your question. Yes they started off like that. I received them for free from a buddy. He thought I had clonex. So didn't add any. I have literally start from nothing. So now that they are starting to get massive roots( didn't know they would live). I'm getting good growth and new growth on a few. Only 2 are still without roots popping out. But I know by Monday they will have all popped.

So my next question to anyone and everyone. How long should they stay in the clone bucket?
How long should I keep the dome on for too?

I will post pics later today
