Alright here goes nothing. My soil is ready and I'm germinating the Obsession as I type this. The shell is popping open and the root is just starting to poke through. I'm using a soil mix I got from Oldpork, so I'm confident I'll be fine. Pics will start pouring in once she breaks ground.
I have a Berry Ryder germinating now to replace the two the kiddos pulled out. Gotta love a inquisitive child. At least if they're your own.
So I germinate my seeds by simply filing a small container with some fresh water. I drop my beans in the water, place a lid on it. But I don't completely seal the lid. Usually within 24-30 hours I've gotten root either coming completely out it's shell. Or it's just starting to split the shell. I'm using a soil blend that is completely organic. I've moved the magic beans to small seedling pots. In about a week I'll be moving them to their forever home. Out of 8. 3 have been laid to rest. So I will be adding the berry ryder bean to the list once it breaks ground.
Sorry guys been a lil busy. I'll post pics tomorrow. Because of the neighbor i have living behind me, these will stay pots.
It's a fortune cookie... random seed found in local bag. All the seeds I've kept have been from some good genes. My first was a ruderalis, the second was a sativa, this one is starting off looking like indica.
