So here's the set up and then we can get into some pics! purple haze x 4 seeds Critical kush x 4 seeds Promix BX growing medium Nutrilife a,b,c powders Microbe life photoplus Fox farm micro trio (open sea same, beastie, and chaching) 12 bulb t8 home made light 2 1000 hps for bud So here's a quick rundown then the pics. Running ph 6.5. 1/2 strength nutes for about another week. Then will bump them up to full strength after that. The purple haze were topped last night, to better try to keep them around the height of the crits, yes I know good luck! Lmao. So I will keep this first one short and see what kinda interest I can gather. Feel free to ask questions and put in input if y'all see something. Well they do have a slight nute burn but they will be be back to 100 percent in a few days! I put the N right to them usually from start to begin of bud. Never grew these to strains before but they seem not to like it as much lol. Its a learning game from strain to strain. So i did burn my babies a little bit, but i was trying to find the threshold of these new strains to find out what they could handle, well i found it. Burn some leaf tips, so now time to back it down a little. The purple haze seem not to be minding anything i can throw at them but the critical kush and wanting a little less nutes for now. So we will start with the nutes. As above mentioned i am using nutrilife abc powders and have been loving them. Coupled with microbe lifes photoplus. Second pic is of the full cab, third pic is of the purple haze and 4th will be the critical kush. The critical is the front plant in the full plant pic.
So checked my temps in my cab, and 80 it was. Well i guess this will happen when you got 12 4ft bulbs in a 4 x 4 sealed area, and exhaust and fans were not helping. Some on here know my redneckish side and my fondness of diy. Hell even my 12 bulb veg light was build homemade! Well i refuse 80 degree temps around my girls, so yep, went straight diy on its ass. Build me a cooler. Looked around for left over and pieces parts and found a Stanley blower, and old cooler, and some ducting. Grabbed a knife, a sharpie and of course DUCT TAPE. Yeah be gone 80 hello 73.
