Wrap a blunt in foil to keep out smell?

I would think it would work. You could spray a paper towel in febreeze and then wrap the tinfoil blunt in that as well, if you're super paranoid.

no. no. nononono. you need something airtight. M&Ms minis containers work perfectly.
*edit* I talked to my friend, and he thinks if you wrap it tight enough it'll work. I'd still go with some kind of airtight container tho.

 

Tin foil isn't really used for keeping smell out but I think it would work. You don't need to cover it that much, so it could do the trick. Tin foil isn't the conventional smell keeper inner but you won't need to completely mask the smell. As long as he can't smell it, go for it.

 

 
How did the foil work out for you? 
After smoking half of a blunt (outside of my apartment) I put it out, brought it inside, wrapped it in tinfoil, then I placed that in one plastic baggy then I put the foil wrapped blunt and that plastic baggy in another baggy (lol) then I put it in a small tin can. 
I haven't been able to go back to my apartment yet, been on vacation with the family. My roommate isn't a fan of the smell and we have strict landlords. Hoping if she beats me back she wont be able to smell it. 

 

There is a good chance your manager will check out your apartment. Its really common. Its how they make sure your not damaging property.When manager finds your blunt it will be only a matter of seconds. To make up their mind to call either the DEA or homeland security. Enjoy your time with your family, it gonna be a while before you see them again

depending on the size of the blunt, you should just find a cigarette box and put it inside there. weed doesnt smell as much as you think it does.

Cause its fun being a dick. You should not have edited your first message lol. Anyway, he a man or woman living on their own. They should know how to store a blunt. A high school kid id understand. Also who on earth would use foil to cover smell? Might as well tie a shoe string around it. Be just as effective. Its even more silly cause it bagged and in Tupperware. Also he posted this same post recently. So im not gonna be nice on threads like that. Is that acceptable to you?

I haven't smoked that long (which is why I had half of a blunt left to begin with) I don't really know where to store them. I have actually never stored one at all to be honest.
 
With that being said, that is why I post in the kind of new section of the forums. Obviously you can tell by my account I'm new to this website if I ventured out of the new forums when I posted on this, wasn't on purpose lol.. 
 
I've just read in places that foil masked the smell, didn't know if that was true because... I have never did it..... Which is why I asked on here. I was just high and wrapped it in foil when I came inside because it was laying on the kitchen table and literally the firs thing I saw before I felt like looking for the sandwich bags. 
 
It's very acceptable to me I had no idea he posted the same post recently.

I tried to smoke the whole thing. It was just a gram, lol. I was eating lunch with my parents afterwards and knew I would be out of it haha.

 

I ignored the bullshit drama^^ idk if anyone said this yet, but for a half smoked blunt, I'd either leave it outside somewhere or put it in a mason jar and keep it out of sight.

 

 
it was a simple misunderstanding haha. everything is cool. 
i put it in a tin can with a tin lid of course, haha. after it was wrapped up in tinfoil and in a baggy so.. should be cool.
