  1. THE WORST has happened.. I (with much regret) accepted some clones from a friend of a friend (of a friend of a friend ..etc...) . and as you may already have figured out from the title, have found spidermites on the clones. and unfortunately my clones are not too far away from my mother plants (5) .

    MY Question:
I have recently heard that castile soap works best for these little a**holes.. I already have in my possession a bottle of face scrub (not sure where it came from) that contains CASTILE SOAP , but it also has a lot of other ingredients as well.. so if anyone can let me know whether this is safe (or not) to use as a spray for my mothers, I would greatly appreciate it.

I will attach a couple pics of the bottle and the ingredients.

  2. I battled those little fuggers for a few months last year after an A-hole brought them into my rooms on dirty clothes. What I found was this....
NO simple soap, neem oil, peppermint etc recipes worked at all on them....they laughed at my feeble attempts to combat them using these techniques! I then tried "Avid" and "Floramite" But the mites can develop an immunity to these pesticides rather quickly.

I then discovered "Forbid" by Bayer and they stopped laughing pretty quickly. They were wiped out within a few days and never returned.
This product kills eggs, larvae and adult mites and does NOT have to be sprayed on the underside of leaves to be effective. It can be bought online (ebay etc.) and a 1/4 oz bottle costs about $25. It is very concentrated and mixes up to about 5 gallons of spray which can last for a very long time.
Good luck with those horrid creatures!

  4.
Neem every week will do away with everything.

  5. Yes sir if ya have cattipliars get some bc .. neem aint strong enough for thise fuckerz.... drench every incch of your plant also add a little dish soap to your neem oil so it will stay wetter longer a lil garlic or cinnamon mixed in with the neem and soap works wonders... mites hate garlic and cinnamon.... neem will have to be used mutiple times to kill all bugs seeeing it doesnt kill them on contqct it makes it where they cant reproduce.
Seeing mites only have life span of 72 hours .. it will take only a couple applications .. hope this helps ... I was bored so I deiced id give you a lil run down
