The world could use a little Orange

  1. Well blades, I gotta get it out. I think there's going to be a little Orange brought in to the world. It's still a little soon to tell, just found out Friday. Momma Orange is probably about 4-6 weeks along. We'll confirm it this week.

I'm still young and this is unexpected. But I have to admit I'm kind of excited about the prospect of this. Don't get me wrong, I'm realistic and understand I'm going to have to face difficulties I can't image but I can't help but feel like this is going to be a wonderful experience.

Wish me luck, blades. I need it.

  2. Omg!!!!!!!!!

    Yay!

  5. Aww you are going to have a little clementine

  6. Why thank you. How's your little one? Got any advice for me to pass on to my girlfriend?

    Thanks, man. :smoke:

Not to play devils advocate here but I can only do so because she's already knocked up. I can't get her pregnant because she's already knocked up because I am came inside her because I can't get her pregnant. :devious:

    This guy/girl knows what's up.

You're a quality dude from the few interactions we've had and from what I've seen you post. You are going to be a good Dad.

  8. Congrats man! You'll probably be as bald as an orange from stress by the time your clementine is 5, but all the love will make it grow back. :p

I do! Sleep now! Sleep as much as you can, whenever you can, as long as you can - your days and nights of sleeping are almost over for a couple of years... *lol*

  11. You're unmarried so you should start looking at the legal complications if you two do not work out. Def not trying to be a downer but it's important. It's just always good to make sure your protected up front.

Congrats my friend, It's not so bad. wish you the best of luck from experience  :D As for the gf, not much advice but to keep it real. Nothing more, nothing less. It's tough work through the preggo and early stages but after that is much fun. Kids are a beautiful thing. Now, if you need some advice for yourself O, i could provide some of that too, lol, keep an update my man

  16. Congratulations, I'm so happy for you! Sending good vibes your way. :)
And cherish EVERY moment because they go by so fast.
Children make the days long and the years fly by.

  17. Thanks for the support, blades.

Any tips on taking care of the mother to be?

  18. Hmm...
Be her biggest advocate! Protect her!
Everyone's gonna be telling you what's wrong or what's right and what to eat and not to eat. Don't take this medicine. Breastfeed! Use cloth diapers!

If at all possible, shut those people up. Be her protector. She's probably going to feel like she's inadequate but you've got to let her now how kind, smart, and beautiful she is.

Her emotions are going to be out of whack. Shes going to be uncomfortable most of the time and in pain quite a bit. Have her sit down and rest.

Take care of her as much as you can. When the baby is here, most women go into extreme parenting mode and she might not let you do anything lol.

Be a partner. She's doing her share of the work by creating your beautiful perfect little human being. Do your share by being whatever support she needs emotionally or by cooking, cleaning, ect.

That was my experience and what I needed. The best thing to do is to ask her how you can help and what she needs. Then do exactly that.

    Good luck!!!
