If you live in a medical state why not? My main dealer right now I met off of Craigslist. Just don't be dumb and look at your surroundings when you go pick it up. Also meet at a parking lot and don't do it at night for your first time and you will be good. I actually just picked up off a new guy a couple of days ago. Just be smart about it.
