Damn man sucks and 5$ is nothing i hate say this but it cost around 100$ for fertilizers and another 100 or 30 depends on if do hempy or soil . Kellog soil is great and only 8$ a bag btw. Plus remember, if you only have $30, they charge you for shipping too. So that $30 is now going to be around $45. Shop around more before you buy. Im going to PM you and it may help you in your search.
Be sure to read fine print on prepaids. I haven't found a single one that doesn't require you to verify your address. Better off with a money order..
Mandela accepts paypal you just let them know when you check out and they send you an invoice Cheep and super stealthy shipping, not sure an xray machine could pick it up. Also there in spain and probably not on the gov radar yet
