I'm growing a hydroponic system in my closet and was wondering if I grew a few herbs in the room would that help with the smell? I have a carbon filter and I am pretty good with it. . But I have parents as we all do and friends who may come by. My fan is the loudest thing in my room. So the man question is....If my parents were to come down for a weekend, Can I turn the fan off and just have the herbs to help with smell?
grow one plant, a Amorphophallus titanum, and it will cover up the smell...you may wanna barf often though...and the flies are a bother...
If your worried grab a couple of jars of ona gel to leave around the house. You could grow enough herbs to help cover up the smell but its going to wreak of whatever you plant. Ona will just leave a clean fresh smell.
