What should I do to maximize my plant??

    My DWC plant is about a month and a half old in DWC, I'm wondering what I can do to maximize bud production, under 150W of total light btw, can I trim the big leaves off?

    They are about week 2.5 in flower

    I have never seen a res that small pretty cool. Bigger roots = bigger plant IDK it may be too late for that.  If you want to defoliate wait for the stretch to be over

    It is an old skippy peanut butter jar. I might be able to upgrade it today, need to look for something. 
     
    Thanks for the tip, I was thinking about defoliation but didn't know when the right time would be.

    My advice-never cut off the big leafs.Theyvare the plant source for light absorb,breath,store energy...

    I wouldnt recommend defoliating a plant that stretchy with so few leaves, you'll starve her.

    trim not necessary. more light though, if you want a decent yield ;)

    i defoliate with excellent results
     
    if youre 2.5 weeks into flower, theres nothing you can do.
     
    the size of a plant is dependent on many factors including the appropriate size res, veg time, etc.
