Where did you buy your scale?

Discussion in 'Other Smoking Accessories' started by MapleOnMyBelly, Feb 22, 2014.

  1. My headshop's scales are kind of expensive 40$-80$, so is there any other store selling them?

(I need one in the next 2 days so not an online shop)

That's insane! not sure where you are, but 10-20 for a digi is normal. Just negotiate with the store, tell em you can get it online for what ever you find that looks similar and offer them +5$ or something. looks like theyre shooting for a pretty hefty margin lol

if not, food is weighed so check that angle, i.e. kitchen appliances ect

  3. I got mine at the local quik e mart for $13. Its accuracy is .001. I haven't had any issue with it.

  4. Traded some weed for it a few years back.

  5. I'm in Quebec (Canada)
There's only two Headshop owned by the same person, so the price is higher on pretty much everything ... I'm not sure if bargaining will work though, nobody do it in here.

Yeah I tried to check that but kitchen scales seem to be mostly in kg

Well any other suggestions are obvious ones. Just go an try and negotiate, dude is looking to make four to eight times their money back! This isn't 1990 anymore, anyone can buy China direct, and tell him that.

  8. If I owned the shop, I'd tell the OP to go buy online then.

Supply and demand. OP needs a scale in 2 days, headshops got one but with a fee.
