Well I'm gonna assume O.P has no knowledge of Psych Rock whatsoever and post the absolute classics of the genre. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LvmKlZGTTU4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FEJ4WzLAiwU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nehRB1FTeTo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IzkAwCs5bnI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XR8LFNUr3vw
If you think the beatles aren't psychedelic you haven't done enough psychedelics or you haven't listened to them deeply enough. If you don't find this to be psychedelic. then....well...I guess...you don't know. Do you? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-Q9D4dcYng
Hey guys, my band The Wavelengths(https://www.facebook.com/TheWavelengths) is a psychedelic rock band. We play other genres, but mainly revolve around psych rock stuff. Here are the videos from a gig we did on Thursday, let us know what you think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5UGIJQ4-0M http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kL2tnwmsCoA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6EjXwArOfQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6srPtfSPVbA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfdYgE_eG6s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGc0jlPbou0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QwzaSWLA-c http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62KleyIGCqk How the hell do you get the full video embedded in??
Lets not forget. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBDF04fQKtQ "I get by with allittle help from my friends, I get high with alittle help from my friends, gonna try with alittle help from my friends" And for psychedelic sound http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wYw9NVdH1E They might have not been a Psychedelic band. But they did indeed make Psychedelic music.

Lol for some reason I thought of South Park when i saw this, when Cartman starts a Christian rock band.
Listen to Tool while high. Not just one song, commit and listen to a full album, in order. The band itself advocates that you do so since they make their albums as a full experience rather than writting singles and mashing them up, and their sound is very abstract and progressive so takes you a couple sonhs to get into, but once you do... Oh boy. I'd personally recommend Lateralus but honestly just pick any and explore! IF you are extremely baked though, tread carefully as it might prove to be an overwhelming experience under such condition. Also don't focus specifically on the lyrics , even though they are extraordinary, as the band's main focus is on the personal experience one gets with the overall sound of their projects, so go grab your buds and have fun drifting in your sub-conscious <3 Sent from my Tiger using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Try any Pink Floyd Album and Yes has some pretty good stuff particularly Tales from Topographic Oceans if you have the time. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
