I have pretty much the same bong only it's branded "True Glass". Mine has a green lip, dome and ice catches. I bought mine from the LHS for $39.99 + tax, $46.00 and change.
They should take it back. Definitely illegal to sell counterfeit items. If they don't take it back, just threaten to contact law enforcement.
