it looks real but if you click the contact us link it only give you a thing to email them and dosnt actually supply a email or phone number and the tos look a little fishy also edit: O shit hit 4000 with out even noticing next stop 4200 edit ya looking around a bit more i wouldnt trust that site
it could be legit...but you are taking a chance on not getting the warranty. I bought mine in the store and had to pay 275 with tax....it was stupid of me, i should have ordered online, but i still got the 10 year warrantly and a brand new unit. do yourself a favor, order directly from ploom and dont try to save the 50 bucks, it could save you the price of another unit in the end.
you cant really tell without seeing them in person or real pictures of the packaging and the screw on the back . ive found many fakes on craigslist with a phillips screw instead of the hex screw. one person completly ruined the phillips screw trying to get it off lol up the screw

Naw man ur best get is to buy it from the manufacturer... or a store that carrys the legit ones the whole point is a ten year warranty. .. So when buy online you wont get your warranty unles ists straight from the manufacturer or smoke shops that pax recognizes.
