I think weed may have impacted my appetite sober

    I have been smoking since march 2013. currently, i smoke either 2-3x/day or 3-4 times a week depending on the week (shared custody)
     
    i am into bodybuilding. i am bulking up. i track my calories and MUST hit my required amount for each day in order to grow. lately, i find that on my 3-4x/week weeks, i just cant muster up a lot of hunger every day, and when i finally hit my calorie quota, i feel like shit and like im going to puke. that didnt happen before.
     
    this is really going to hold me back in the gym and in bodybuilding. 
     
    are there any fixes other than quitting?

     
  2. Not really cannabis tricks your body into eating and after some continued use of cannabis your body relies on it to give it that signal to eat. Without a hit of cannabis I can easily go 2 days without eating not feeling any different

    Quit eating shit. That's your first problem. Double your protein and double your vegetables. Cut back on carbs, and NO sugar. Lean meats only. Fish, skinless chicken breasts, leafy green vegetables.
     Your problem is shared custody which means two cooks and two different food sources..pre-cook and package all of your meals and carry them with you.
     
    Google the twelve labors diet that Dwayne Johnson uses if you want to see a diet that increases muscle. And Cannabis will make you crave food. Just don't cave in for easy quick junk and sugars

  7. Psssh, you're just determined to deny that weed could bring about bad effects in any situation. I'd argue that you've gone beyond normal paranoia in thinking that users are teaming up to provide a negative outlook on weed, I've even seen you accusing some of being dea agents. That's tinfoil hat shit dude. The way you parade around claiming weed is 100% goodness suggests to me that that you're in denial about how it affects your own life. I bet there's a lot of depression behind your consistently snarky attitude so you desperately insinuate the idea that the person alone is to blame so you can go on smoking to forget about your problems
     
  8. dude, hes claiming weed is the reason he gets sick eating (likely) well over 5000 calories a day.

    not only would weed benefit you in that goal, and reduce the nausea...but anybody not yet used to that level of intake can be quite sick from it.
     
  9. If you're bulking...you need to get in a good amount of carbs...you can't gain weight off of just protein and vegetables. vegetables are healthy, but you literally have to eat a ton to gain weight off them...there's nothing in them.

    I notice that I don't feel hungry when I'm sober. I'm hungry, I just don't feel like eating anything. It's a bit of an issue, but that nutter cball might go apeshit on me if I say anymore.
     
  15. lol you're misunderstanding what I'm saying. I never said you only eat carbs to gain mass...and I'm only asking you how that works? Show me yours and prove me wrong

  18. Pretty sure thats because weed increases the production of melatonin ( might have butchered that word), which increases appetite, so your body would be use to that increase in melatonin
