Hey OP, if you're looking to go cheap and still want good Titanium I'd recommend checking out Ti Worm. It's $25 and can fit into any 14mm or 18mm downstem, domeless and easy to use. I had one back in the day when I had to be tighter on money and it got the job done and a little more!
