How am I still failing a drug test after 53 days?

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by Zedstomper, Feb 8, 2014.

  1. I smoked about 3 grams of golden wax in about 2 weeks, then ate an oz of reggie in brownies. Then I stopped 53 days ago.

The thing I don't understand is I sweat and worked out about 30 of those days and sat in the sauna about 10 times. I sat in the sauna today and came home to test. I almost instantly failed.

Would running and sitting in the sauna everyday for about a week help me pass?

  2. Accumulation, dude. Guess you had a good amount of THC stored in ya.

Keep doing what you're doing though; it's what I was gonna advise anyway. Drink lots of water too. You can try a detox kit from Whole Foods or some shit too.

    Good luck.

  3. No, you're not going to sweat out the thc. I'm sure somebody will disagree but that's my .02.

  4. How long have you been smoking for?

  5. Way to go champ! I know a cat that failed after 45 days, but passed 10 days later. But he only smoked bud. Maybe concentrates do just that.

  6. Lol.

THC is stored in fat. You work out, you burn fat... That's the simple version, at least.

  7. It's stored in the fat cells. So if you are sweating you are losing moisture, but not necessarily burning fat.... So you sir are correct!

  8. work out and dieting caused fat to burn releasing the thc metabolites into the blood..sweating dehydrates thus concentrates the fluids left in the body, like urine...
