I see some folks in here that think like me (fuck the 'illuminati') and some that are opposed (with seeing-eye avi's etc..)What does 'illuminati' mean to you. Is this a benign 'following' of people seeking knowledge and truth? Or is it a malicious group of people seeking domination through control of said knowledge. Or is it a general 'idea' or 'way of thought'? Or is it Lucifer's personal network and 'army'?What do YOU think?

To me, it means being crazy. And don't bring Lucifer into this, he's actually a good guy. He may do some bad things, but at least he's honest about it and I can respect that. God on the other hand acts all high and mighty, but a third of the time he's being hypocritical. I consider the people to be bat shit crazy, no offense to anyone on here. However I admire that the feel so strongly about something.
I haven't read into it enough to really have a solid opinion on it. I wouldn't doubt the existence of a private society of 'elite', or that they would try to control the masses for their benefit. Satanic links and whatnot, eh, I find it a little far-fetched. But like I said, I honestly don't know all that much behind the term, so take it with a grain of salt.
the illuminate maybe used to be a real organization but in modern society it is a concept that poor people use to explain why they have shitty lives. because they are unwilling or unable to take responsibility for themselves.
