My first go around with DWC, Using coco and mostly general hydroponics nutes.

Started with a rapid rooter and in coco just Water in a cup. The white widow came out missing two of the first four leaves. She is the runt of the litter
A week and 3 days so far in the DWC and all is well, Superthrive and calmag only. I only use the drip feed twice a day for an hour or so its keeping pretty moist on its bubbling alone.

every two or three days the PH needs to be brought down from 7.3 to 6.7 range. PPM's 325 and 370

White widow and Bubblelicious in dwc and northern lights auto in a pot

2 weeks alive 1 week DWC

Got some roots shooting into the water and good growth, 2nd node coming in. did a res change yesterday and had about 640 PPM per but its down to 530 or so now. White widow is still a runt

  3. 2 weeks 2days, the two in DWC have tight nodes with growth coming from between, I topped all three yesterday and all three have new growth already

  4. nice coco net pot dwc hybrid setup

  5. phew! 500 seems a little high, but they look fine so keep it up! if your ppm is rising though, that's an early sign that it's a little too much. food for thought

  6. ya I know, but they seem fine. I also think my ppm reader is messed up.

  7. 22 days and i have 4 tops on the two in the dwc after one topping, I have never had so much intra node growth so early and so tight between nodes. the coco pot with northern is growing strong too with two tops but good early intra node growth. PPM should be around 650. ph 6.7

  8. Ph meter just went as well, doing the green drip method.. I like the bluelab model but the Oakton model is the best i've heard

  9. I think I'm going to just use the test strips and drip method for PH until I care to waste money on a PH pen. Other than that all is well, I actually have a set of white pistol on the Northern lights auto. The bubble and white W are growing so dense I have been trying push branches to the side. Res change later today just like every sunday. I have to nute mixers, both always include superthrive and cal mag. 1st is Flora gro, bloom and micro, 2nd is florablend, silica SI, flora nectar, 2nd set of nutes going in for first time today. I will also be adding orca to the mix. Changes as needed.

These plants in DWC are so short and stumpy so much internode growth i started trimming lower leaves not in the light and holding branches down so the stretch outwards. It drank the Orca root growth up as i saw significant size increase, PPM's 850 range and i plan on bumping up since week two of veg is done. 1 month 2 days from sprout

first pic is bubble, then NL and WW

The NL needs a little more N

  11. Got the bubble LST because of such thick growth. Both got a little trim. The WW is perfect spacing not to tight like the bubble. I upped to aggressive veg on the nutes. The NL is in pre flower so i moved plus i needed the space. I do have a 600w I will go to as the plants get to big.

It's great seeing the roots and how dense they are. Pic 1 BUB, 2 WW, 3 BUB, 4 WW.

  12. what makes you say that?

  13. The leaves aren't as dark, that dark green look I'm cooking up a cocktail for her tonight. the DWC just takes what it needs the bubble today was down 150 from 800 and the ww was down to 800 from 1000.

  14. Leaf color differs by strain. I wouldn't add nitrogen if she aint asking for it.

  15. Of course

They are drinking about a gallon a day between the two of them. Gonna have to drop them down off the boxes which will make changing the res a lot harder need to get a pump. the flange with nothing is were the carbon filter will go very simple set up can't wait to see these girls flower.

2 months yesterday 3 days into flower

Defiantly going to get a California lightworks solar flare 220 one in veg and bloom. so far the best LED's I could find that wasn't black dog pricing at almost 1000.00.

The plan is after these girls finish to use the room mainly for flowering I will run two lights during the summer on 12/12. As the outdoor group along with the clones get big enough they will be brought in and flowered and winter time I will veg/flower. I do not think I will flower outside if I can help it as it stays warm 70 75 and moist here in Oct Nov and one NYPD that flowered early was airy
