Can I put oils in my Atmos Raw Jr without a cartridge?

i would use an ego-c and a tornado cartridge for oils, or tinctures. this is what i use, its totally rebuildable and spill proof and inexpensive.

look at my previous post to get your atmos to actually vaporizer herb! yes you heard right. you can vape herb with zero combustion with a raw for 50¢ from your local hardware store. true story. i still cant believe it....seriously.

Hey!!

I've got a genuine atmosRX and I was wondering what the best fitting tank is for it.
I've got One of these, but the threading is NOT working.
It worked at first but quickly lost it's grip so to speak.
 
Is there a way to fix my problem?
Is there something i'm misunderstanding about 510 thread? Does the AtmosRX have 601 threading in actuality??

High Arin. you are correct. the atmos battery is not a 510 thread. ego-c accessories will not screw on. you have to buy atmos liquid tanks. if that's only what your using it for (liquids) i would personally go another route. look up www.totallywicked.com. the problem Arin, i noticed there are no small air gaps between the battery and the thread, which makes it next to impossible to get a "good" liquid hit. ego-c kits at $30 and work great for vaping tinctures. if you are going with 100% VG tinctures, get a wick setup. if you are going to mix the VG (vegetable glycerin) with PG (propylene glycol) you can use a bottom coil style like the raw oil canisters. VG gives clouds of smoke buy is very thick and will burn coils quickly. PG is much thinner and gives you that throat hit. personally, i use a halo Triton to smoke VG. been using it for a month now, huge clouds very cool and pleasant. sometimes i add a very small drop or 2 of flavor to mall the smell. here is a pic of the triton, and clouds. i hope this helped you out.

Idk if it is due me to jump in here but,

I've been using a Atmos->510 adapter and a DCT which do far I'm happy with for eJuice (50/50 I think).

My VG crockpot tincture though is another story.
I have been dropping it on the center cartomizer inside the tank with pretty much only taste.
Because I'm dropping it onto an already 70% full tank of eJuice, I can't tell if my methods are the cause for low potency, or if it's that the VG tincture isn't properly vaping.

Any advice? Have you ever made tinctures with about 1/8oz. Bud?

Try using this method for making tinctures with VG. I tried it a few times with good results.

I mix my VG with kosher grade propylene glycol and add a couple drops of flavoring oil. usually a 60%PG 40%VG.
it has to have a certain viscosity so you don't burn out your coil. Straight VG is way too thick.
I use 6grams of decarboxolated herb per 2oz VG or 12g-4oz  24g-8oz.
Better to start with a small batch and work from there.
The better the strain, the better the tincture.
I also go for 10 hours just under 180 degrees and swishing the jar around every 15-20 minutes with this method.
try that method, its super easy and you have less chance of burning it.
