I completely agree, just goes to show how shallow people are, they look to the vapid and inane for guidance instead of facts.  Literally if people are on television they're trusted more than textbooks and scientists.  Que sera sera....

I'd watch a porn of her, from a while back. I remember the Christmas playboy of her, pretty sure it's the only playboy I ever really checked out oddly enough. 96ish probably. Not sure I'd call that a porn star or even "in porn" but yeah her as the face of the movement should speak volumes.

Nope, mostly sherry I think ;)

  7. Okay, maybe not "porn actor" (at least that I'm aware of), how about nude model? You guys are so picky :p

  8. Why bring this up?

  9. I was just being silly about the porn thing.

Another poster said something regarding her vocal opinion on vaccination, I threw in my two cents that I find it preposterous that people are willing to be 'educated' by her.

  10. whats even better about her is that a vaccine supposedly gave her son autism, BUT, her son no longer has autism, he was "cured" by drinking/eating anti-fungals for yeast overgrowth "pooping out a black mess" and no longer has autism....

    and people believe this...

Don't forget the many who can't comprehend that some (many, really) have a compromised immune system. All you people that have HIV, cancer, genetic immune system disorders, are asplenic, take immunosuppressants for autoimmune illnesses, or after an organ transplant, or long term steroids, or take medications that drop your white cell count as a side effect, etc., well...fuck you!

You just have pussy immune systems! Eat good and exercise and you should have no problems! After all, that's what I do and I've never gotten sick! And besides, most of these diseases aren't that bad! It's not like they've ever killed people or anything

And from there a few stumble into the concept of getting rid of vaccinations to aid overpopulation, once all else has failed. Which aside from being a fairly disgusting concept, also seems to point out how poor the concept of vaccines being too dangerous to use is, if vaccines are bad for us, why the hell would avoiding them kill off a good chunk of the population? Anti-vaccine 'science' or eugenics, pick one :confused_2:

Seems like many, if not most, take more than one (even all) of these faces, and move the goal posts of why inoculation is supposedly bad as is convenient for them in the discussion at hand.

I think Poisonous Pete might be my favorite, though. The ones who might shit upon finding out that formaldehyde is produced naturally in the body when breaking down methanol, and is actually used in low levels in DNA synthesis

Edit: Big rant with a bit of generalizing. Sorry guys!

  13. This is like a religion.

  14. If by religion, you mean believing in something with no evidence or proof, then yes! The anti-vaccine movement is a lot like a religion.

Nature depends on a balance of life and death. It has become far too easy for any person to survive in this world and the average human life span has become way too long. I don't see a single problem with nature taking its course and killing off the weak.
You see letting people die as disgusting. I see letting them live as even worse.

  16. There are better ways of controlling the population than using disease as a weapon.

  17. While I don't disagree with euthanasia in some severe instances, certainly any in which the patient is requesting it, I think I'll still have to disagree with you. What are your thoughts on modern medicine as a whole? What's a more acceptable life span?

Since we're on thread discussing communicable diseases, a lot of people who are not just "any retard" are at risk, as well. Someone like you or I could easily be one of the weak killed off by infectious disease, the risks are not limited to the nonfunctional. The risk is also prominent for children, and I don't think it's a bad thing that fewer parents will have to go through the intense pain of losing one (or more) of their children.

  18. I didn't say to use it as a weapon. I just think we should let nature take its course
Unfortunately people have a problem with emotions when it comes to other humans.
All I can say is thank god for disease, war, guns, terrorism. Anything that takes away our selfish dreams of wanting to live forever in wealth
