Hey guys. One of my autos has flowering already at week 5 the other is the same size and age but hasn't shown pre flowers yet. Is this normal or can I force it to flower by changing to 12/12? Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using Grasscity Forum mobile app
might not be an auto. different breeders have issues with thing like that i think it was nirvana who had to pull their whole auto line and world of seeds afghan kush ryder was a problem but they have since fixed the afghan ryder
Ive heard bad things about nirvana, but that just heard ive just always stood away from their products. Regardless if its a true auto then nothing you can do light wise is going to make it flower, it is possible that they fucked your order up and that one bean was actually a photoperiod. Hmm personally, i would wait 1-2 weeks, if nothing is happening by then i would try switching to 12/12 to see if it isnt actually an auto after all.So basically either its an auto thats a late bloomer possibly or is is a photoperiod and needs that light switch. The reason i say wait those 1-2 weeks first is because taking down those light hours is only going to hurt your other auto. If it turns out is somehow actually isnt an auto then you just got 2 weeks more veg time before flower, good deal either way
the grow in my sig is blue mystic autos from nirvana. if they havent started showing pre-flowers at week 6 or so of veg i would switch to 12/12.
