How long until the car starts to smell?

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by Brand-Ohh, Jan 18, 2014.

  1. If I keep a blunt in my car for a few days how long will it be until it starts to smell? Thanks.

  2. Possibly never unless its some killer.

  3. ASAP most of the time for me. If I have a sack and leave it in my middle compartment it will wreak after about 30 minutes. A few hours and it smells like someone smoked a bit in there.

So if I just left a blunt in my car its safe to say that my car would smell.

SO depends on the quality you get.

  4. And keep it air tight or your rillo and weed will dry outSent from my PC36100 using Grasscity Forum mobile app

  5. I have one of those green lasers that a blunt will fit perfect into the battery compartment.  I am going to put it in there and then put the laser into an air tight container. You think that would do the trick for like 3 days?

You should be good but you don't have to be extreme about it. I would recommend a glass mason jar. That should be good enough. Just get the size you need.

When I get my sack though it always in a plastic bag so of course it smells.

I would also recommend getting Ozium. Probably the best thing you can get for your car. You can get it at Wal-Mart in the auto section.

    EDIT: OZIUM

This stuff will kill your marijuana! I learn that lesson the hard way. that how great it works! so don't use it in direct use of food or your smoking products. not joking. it kills odors @ the source! Don't get me wrong. I still use it. wait til you're done eating or smoking and put your food/smoke away or sealed before using Ozium. it's worth every dime.

Amazon Verified PurchaseI had been using Febreze to try and mask the smoke from marijuana but ultimately it just leaves a really strong scented smell that dosnt completely get rid of the smell, all this changed with Ozium as all you need is a small spray and the smells are gone!

I've been smoking weed for about 8 years and this stuff has never failed me! Only use small bursts of sprays, if you use too much the smell is over powering.

All smokers need this stuff. It eliminates all smoke odors. Just use a teeny bit!

It truly works in homes, cars, RV etc. I prefer to spritz my motorhome when I am leaving to walk the dog.

I come back, open the door and smell NOTHING. I have never liked air fresheners and their ridiculous odors that mask other odors with disastrous results.

    Ozium works to eliminate odors.

Spritz a tiny bit in your car when you get OUT or spritz your home when you are leaving. Next time you open the door, the car or home will smell wonderful because all odors will be gone.

My friend came to visit with a moldy musty smell to his car because he always leaves the windows cracked open. In spite of the shade thing he bought to keep the rain out, it still had this weird odor. So that night I closed up his car and spritzed Ozium in it.

The next day when we got ready to go somewhere he was in shock. All the odors were gone. There was nothing to smell at all.

I keep several small cans around. They last a long time and they do magic.

  7. It depends on if you've burned it yet or not. if you have it obvi will be stanky. If you haven't than it shouldn't unless its real dank.

  9. I use this stuff called bluntipower you can get it at the gas station they're usually at the counter when u buy. plenty of different scents to fit your preference. has anyone ever tried it?

  10. Within minutes unless its reggie

  11. A unfinished smoked blunt, will reek your shit for sure and linger even when you get it out. If it hasn't been smoked and just sitting there it should be bad. Nothing that when removed from the car would it continue to smell strongly. My girl drives around with bud and partial blunts in her purse all the time. Sometimes you can smell it, it just depends on how she keeps it closed. But she keeps the bud in some good ass med containers in her purse under the seat so you can ever smell the bud itself when in the car. But smithing already smoked forget it . There's always that tinge of weed in the airSent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

  12. Just keep the blunt in a ziplock bag. If it's really good mj then stick that ziplock bag into another ziplock bag along with a dryer sheet or two

  13. I'd be more worried about a stale blunt than it smelling in my car

  14. Weed is very odorous. Cloth and leather, carpets, headliners etc. are all odor absorbers. I would not keep it in there at all if you are worried about smell. If you have to, keep it in a ziplock; be warned, when you open the ziplock, you will get quite an odor blast.

It is just going to be for one night.  Full blunt, not yet smoked.

I found a small hole above my tire that I am just going to put it in that night and tape it up.  Then when I leave that next morning I will just take it out.  Traveling 4 hours with it in a zip lock inside an airtight container shouldn't smell that bad should it?
