Starting to form some nicely shaped buds. My grows usually begin yellowing the lower leaves a bit early. I'd like to up the nitrogen in these weeks without overfeeding on other macros. Oh man, it's been a while since an update. I'll get on that today. So far, there hasn't really been much nute burn or anything indicating a salt buildup (unless my early yellowing is the product of that) As I understand it, the H&G nutrient line doesn't leave much salt behind, which is why a lot of people prefer it. I do a pretty thorough flush at the end though, to be safe. Do you have any insight on that? I'm always open to any improvement. Pics to come, Xan
probably just a flush every 4 weeks to be sure would never hurt..when i flush my coco tho i usually get away with the same amount of water as the pot, so dif from what people say they do with soil(ive only grown coco)...probably has a lot to do with the amount of perlite also but coco is really easy to control when not bottom feeding because i always have atleast 30-40% runoff and they never look over watered.. i love coco

I love coco too, it's great. I do prefer this particular coco mix though, because it has some other things added that provide various micronutrients without having to buy them seperately and add (can't really do that with the space we have). That and that it contains very little perlite, and stays moist longer than most cocos.

Update: We are currently mid-flush with these cheesequake girls, so no groupshot yet. I usually flush one week before harvest, and let them eat up that water, and become a bit thirsty before chopping. I also keep them in the dark for a day or two just before chopping.
