geocaching anyone? Tell me about it. Where have you been. What did you find? And how\twas it?Sent from my H866C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
my grow partner and i joke about telling LEO's we're geo-caching if we were to get caught trying to collect our crop. i've only been "real" geo-caching once.
I found two in the woods over a five year period. I did not know what the heck they were till I found the second one and ask someone. I spend a lot of time in the woods.
you get coordinates for a GPS and go where they take you. generally theres a waterproof container where people leave stuff to mark they've been there.
Yeah. Even set one up in Afghanistan, LOL. Always a great way to explore a new area....especially if you are camping near big trail systems or features. Wander often!
I found one in a 35 mm film container in a hole in a log. I flipped the log looking for critters and saw the 35 mm film container. I thought found some kids stash. just a small paper with dates and names.
Oh yea....GEOCACHING is fun if you like an adventure....not something to do while high (buzz killer). I did it back it college when I had free time during vacations, u never knw what u r going to find

You can do it through your office or the website. Download the app onto your phone. Just type in Geocache. Pretty fun stuff. You go on easy.. Work your way up. Great for kids. You would be surprised how many there areSent from my H866C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Hey! I posted a thread on caching a while ago and didn't get much response :/But I've been caching for about 7 years now! I had always shared an account with two other people, and on that I've logged over 800. But last month I started my solo account and I'm up to 63 You can't hold no groove, if you ain't got no pocket.
Ewwww haha. I'm sure it was there before the raccoonSent from my H866C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I love geocaching. one lucky time me my friend and i found .5 tucked in a log cache at a lake. that was probably the coolest thing i've found. i've just been geocaching in the woods and some graveyards mostly, nothing intense like on mountains and shit. i haven't been in a while tho, now i mostly just plan to use it as an alibi when smoking places i shouldn't hah
sounds like fun. kinda like a newage treasure map. there used to be a lunch box stuffed under a rock at a lookout near mine, with a bunch of random items and a log book in it. probly had something to do with this.

People are really into it where I live. I've never done it, but I would love to if I had a gps. I love going out in the woods taking pictures so who knows how close I have been to stumbling on to something..
