How would anyone be able to tell that the weed increasing the heart rate to overload capacity was the cause of death? Just because it isn't verifiable that the weed caused it doesn't make the fact that the weed did cause it any less true. One, the person is dead, so they can't tell the doctors he was stoned out on weed, two the dudes friends most likely won't say they were have a low tolerance smoke session. Doesn't make the fact that the weed caused a heart attack unfactual.
