I can't get over this comment..

so the blacks should be thankful that bloomberg put S&F in place to save their lives?
S&F is the most racist policy in place next to the drug war.

  4. Yeah, I don't really understand this s&f or some of the things he has banned but it almost sounds like you guys are living in a different country. Im glad I live here in the quiet midwest haha.

    yes, s&f is very racist.

but it is racist by implementation not by design.

are you saying things should only be illegal if they cause death?

what about infant rape? like if you're very careful and not kill it.

bloomberg is one of the richest people in the world. he does not give a fuck about being potus lol.

  6.
nope never said that at all..

i only replied to your post about transfat causing death.
then i asked how many deaths it caused, then you asked that silly question about infants getting raped.

  7.
    im not that guy.

    but im vehemently against transfats

Yes, that is a laymen's explanation of S&F.

S&F targets minorities in high-crime neighborhoods because those are the neighborhoods and people most likely to commit violent crime.

Would it make sense to Stop & Frisk middle-class, upper-middle or upper class [insert any race here] kids in a very peaceful suburban neighborhood where the only crime committed is the occasional stealing of a candy bar?

Or does it make more sense to Stop & Frisk in neighborhoods with illegally buy a gun from some gangbanger?

I'M SORRY FOR BEING SO RACIST THAT I LOVE MY BLACK FRIENDS ENOUGH TO WANT THEM TO LIVE A LONG LIFE AND BE SAFE.

Liberal/Anti-Stop&Frisk Logic: You must hate black people if you want to keep them alive.

so am I and i don't consume them.. but its none of my business to tell someone that they can't if that's what they like to do.
just like my weed smoking habit, some folks tell me it's unhealthy and should remain illegal.. but i think i have the right to make that decision for myself.

You're delusional and probably white and/or live in a semi-decent to decent neighborhood, so you don't have to worry about getting shot. However, some people do and for those people Stop & Frisk is saving lives.

Is S&F the best solution? No, we all know that smart gun laws are even better, but NYC does not have smart gun laws so we have to make do with what we have.

and harassing them on the streets based on their skin color is keeping them safe? from themselves?

    and you call me delusional?

  12. Bloomberg is on a power trip and gets off on running peoples lives. I think he would love to be pres.

I was gonna reply but August beat me to it. It's none of his or anyone else's damn business.

  13.
    this is my reasoning:

suppose i manage a company that process and manufacture food products.

in order to appease my shareholders' demand for capital gains, i am looking for a way to cut costs and improve ROE.

i introduce a product that does precisely that, but at the cost of the consuming public's health.

additionally, because i am a public company with ability to raise funds and the ability to affect public opinion via marketing, lobbying, etc

  14. Oh yeah stop and frisk, and its fucking bullshit. They tried to get rid of it but I think its still in play. I think the guy who won the race for mayor ran on the platform that he would get rid of stop and frisk, if I remember right. Either way, many people are for it and against it, but the gun crimes in NYC are still astounding.

  15.
new york is the safest large city in america

  16. I prefer dangerous liberty, thanks.

Although I realize I could be wasting my time since many people prefer emotion and dogma to hard facts/statistics.

Stop & Frisk saves black and latino lives, which is a good thing.

A delusional person in this case is someone who, regardless of opposing evidence, still thinks with their emotions/heart instead of facts/their brain. You're acting like a teenage girl honestly.

Stop & Frisk is not harassment just because you say it is.

I can agree with that, but like anywhere else, there are lots of areas in NYC that are not safe at all. When I turn on the local news chances are there's another gun related story that took place the night before, usually resulting in a death. There's plenty of gun crime because criminals don't give a shit about gun laws. Stop and frisk works for the NYPD because they can target black and Hispanic men easily, which unfortunately are the usually the perpetrators of all the gun violence.

Gang violence usually what tops the charts of gun violence in NYC. If there wasn't gang violence there wouldn't be a need for stop and frisk.

And seen in the post above me, some ppl are all for having their constitutional rights trampled on in the name of security.

  19.
I hope you realize that nothing you have posted supports this, or the other statements you have made about S&F making the city safer.

The NYCLU link actually states the complete opposite.

    lmao
