O'Malley is term limited. This is the end of his second term as Governor. He is likely to run for President when Obama's term is over.

She is also relying only on public financing rather than corporate, lobbyists, etc. That is because she wants the make it so that politicians can only accept campaign donations from individuals, so she wants to lead by example.

Forgot about Maine. Portland, Maine legalized as a city and I am pretty sure we will be the next state to do it. By 2016 though most if not all of these states should have already legalized.
