Yeah mrsilly...the devil is definitely in the details. $75,000 for the license (or perhaps just to apply for a license) who knows if that will be refundable. And the city is talking about only allowing three dispensaries. Typical government bullshit. Their friends get the licenses. And only allowing three makes it a license to print money.
