His honesty is what voters are drawn to. Yes, he did some bad things, but at least hes the only politician who is openly honest.
At least Ford is real, for good or for bad. He's also pretty damn entertaining. Considering the fact that no politician anywhere really helps anybody, at least he has those two things going for him.
