UK Weed Price in 2013

    Hey everyone, 
     
    im a newbie Herbs Smoker living in the UK / London
     
    i have a quick question im about to buy some weed from a  dealer for the first time,  my friend hooked me up with the guy, he only does a Score/£20 bags and has told me the it weighs 1.6 - 1.7. i have lurked around on this forum and on google looking at prices and how much people pay, but a lot of the recent information is still out dated around a year old. i know that the weed he is selling is Mids or higher. 
     
    so i just wanted to know has the pricing and weight changed a lot in the last year in the UK, or is he trying to scam me paying £20 for 1.6g?

    for a 20 bag you should be getting 2g or at least 1.8g up to you, its always good to have a dealer though

    1.6g's or so sounds about right for Â£20; atleast for some dank bud. Mids should be running around 3.3g's for Â£20.

    Alright thankS I'm try a 20bag see how dank the bud us and then decide, when I get a bag I'll post a pic,

    You'll be pretty lucky to find different prices on mids to dank in London in my expperience its more like a standard price for any quality all about the weight

    My guy does me a straight 2g weighed before bagging it but just about everyone will do a £20 bag as 2g in the bag, pisses me off a bit!

    Have no idea to be honest, never really know what strain you're getting.
     
    Seem to get sold jacks, berries, blues, cheese but never know if it's what they say it is. If it smells good and smokes good then it's fine by me! :)

    I roll my joints with tobacco but i smoke 20 a day anyway, have the occasional blunt (cyclone sugar cane with wood roach are the best!) with just green. My last pickup was £50 for 6.8g :)
     
    I never really come accross 'mids', i'd say all my pickups are of decent quality, never damp etc but i do pickup from my mate who always gets it from the same guy too. Where i live there are only a few big growers who supply all the other guys, i'm told very little of the bud in my town is from out of town.

    Out in the Derbyshire hills, what I get seems to be 1.7-1.8 standard for £20, and I wouldn't even be thinking about buying a G. For us, it's a set rate per bag, the weed might change but always the same weight and price, and it's been like that for the last 4 main dealers I've had. Don't be alarmed though, I think I can count on my hands, how many times I've seen a 20 bag WITH bag, weigh over 2.2-2.3, bearing in mind most bags are .2-.3. So you're not getting ripped off. The total will weigh about 1.9-2, but 1.6-1.7 bud.

    Birmingham £10 a g (0.7g for most it seems I get a full g though)£20 for 2g (people call it an eighth but it isnt really)£60 for a qthats standard for me
