So blades and bladies, in what year do you think weed will be completely legal in all 50 states just like in Washington? Yes, I think eventually by 2020 or a little after that, weed will be completely legal in all 50 states. What do ya'll think???

  2. 2020's but itll be a couple last bitch states that will fight to the very end to not legalize it

Most likely Florida would be one of the last ones. I used to live down there and man I gotta tell you that their laws on marijuana are strict.

If the human race even makes it that far. Hopefully we won't blow each other up by then.

  6. I'm looking forward to 2016 and 2020.

  7. 2017, unless there's a war or somethingonce things get momentum it doesn't take long and we just need a little more momentum

  8. I say sometime in 2013, for the US at least. The people demand it, we are now all aware of the health benefits, and the states are realizing just how much money comes with legalization. (money shouldnt be why its legalized though).

innocent people losing their freedom for helping themselves is why it should be legal. Cannabis is incredible medicine.. its time to treat it that way.

Dabs are healthy as heck. Screw the haters.

    peace and pot

  9. 2013..that leaves 1 month 15 days. Arkansas better get it's butt in gear and start the process

  11. Are we talking medicinal or recreational?

  12. lol i guess i didnt think about that, i say in a few months. The rest of the world is making us look bad, they have legalization laws and decrim and medical.

  13. I think at least by 2019-2020. Those last stubborn states (southern) will hold up a fight.

  14. Without a doubt Red states will do whatever possible to slow the progress legalized MJ has made. When religion is the backbone of your legal system no logic will over rule "faith" in what some human has determined God wants.

  15. Which is dumb, because if bet any amount of money that Jesus sparked up.

We need to rotate through a few more administrations at least, more old people in power need to retire or die off, a ton of states need to independently and responsibly legalize cannabis, prevailing attitudes need to demonstrate an overwhelming support for legalization, and the "<span>último hombre"--last man standing--will be the Federal Government.</span>
<span>The FedGov started really campaigning against "marihuana" in the 1930's.  In 1970, our old pal Nixon implemented the Controlled Substances Act (a.k.a. the anti-hippie Act), and promptly placed cannabis in Schedule I (along with fucking heroin).  No drug placed in Schedule I has ever been moved to a less restrictive Schedule.  It is almost impossible to get legal permission to research a Schedule I drug, which is convenient for the FedGov since they can justify keeping cannabis there by claiming there is insufficient scientific evidence to warrant a change in the Federal law.</span>

  17. Washington completely legal? Have your read the laws and what's going on at ALL?
If WA state is what we're looking to for a model, the answer is a resounding "never," It will just continue to be yet another Wall St special interest orgy.
