Ordered my first set of seeds from TSSC and it went smooth. Ordered on a Friday night (personal CC) with delivery to a non-grow address. They shipped that following Monday. I received them about 8 days later no problem. Standard shipping/packaging was pretty stealthy. I emailed them once to check about my order they were prompt and courteous in their reply. I've got 2 AK-48's and 2 Thai's- all have germinated and will be moving to coco coir shortly. Great seed bank and I'm really happy that it worked out on my very first seed order (EVER). Really recommend TSSC.
that is the only place I order from and I had one time of the 6 times I ordered not show up and that's because it got on the wrong plane in the uk and ended up in china lol and when that happened they were very polite and reshipped my order for free also the only issue with an order I had was I got the wrong seeds so naturally I e mailed they required photos be sent of the seeds I received to prove they were wrong and then they sent the proper seeds and let me keep the more exspensive seeds that they sent for free I am truly happy with this company
I ordered from TSSC a number of times with no problems until there was a problem and then they dropped me like a brick. It turns out that if you have any trouble with these guys they will quote some legal reason for refusing to help even when the question doesn't pertain to their quoted legel exception. Any company on the planet is great until there is a problem and how they handle problems is the true sign of a geat company and TSSC is definitly not a great company. If you are in the market, I highly recomment you look elsewhere. Granted this is a tricky business but it is the business that these guys have chosen to be in. If they can't even provide basic quality customer service they should be doing something else.
