Recently learned about how important this is to get the most out of my indoor grow setup. The two on the left pretty thick stems, and i don't know if its safe to go about putting bends in it this late into the game. THey're about 45 days old. thanks!
you can do some gentle lst at any time in veg/flower, use some wire or string and pull the side branches down a little, even if you can only pull the side branches down 4-5" you will open up the canopy and the plant will be able to use more light, so this will alway increase your final yeild if you have space,
