Israeli state beefs up efforts to counter the growing Boycott Israel campaigns

  1. BDS activists will still be able to protest at Woolworths by placing pig heads in the Kosher section.

  2. Incorrect. The idea that Jews are a race is a religious belief. And a racist one at that. You literally believe your "race" is gods chosen people

Your religion has literally created its own race of superior beings "gods chosen"

Regardless, you cannot deny that Islamic law has held back the middle East from progressing.

In the same way that Christian beliefs hold back science? Yes I agree. But I never see you post about the army of God converting people at gun point. (Yes this is a real thing happening as we speak.)

In fact a quick Google search will turn up several Christian terror groups in Africa and the middle east.

Why do I bring this up? Because its well known that crazy religious beliefs are a hindrance to progress.

But for some reason, people want to think Islam is somehow more evil, more crazy, more corrupt.

This is a literal quote from you

"Islam is not compatible with secularism"

Neither is Christianity sir. If you read the Bible its just as bad as Islam. But modern Christians decided the Bible is not the literal word of God and times change.

Why can't you give Islam the same respect?

  4. Jews are an ethnicity. I can't believe how controversial this scientifically proven fact is amongst this sub.

Here's some of the many, many, many, many studies about it:

    http://www.atour.com/health/docs/20000720a.html

The latter point is also made in studies of Jews. Based on earlier studies using classical genetic methods7 , Cavalli-Sforza et al. came to the conclusion "that Jews have maintained considerable genetic similarity among themselves and with people from the Middle East, with whom they have common origins." Evidence for the latter concept was very convincingly made and extended by an international team of scientists in a very recent research article8 ,widely reported in the press, in which the genetics of different Middle Eastern populations were studied using a completely different method than the classical methods that form the great majority of papers in the Cavalli-Sforza et al book. The research involved direct DNA analysis of the Y chromosome, which is found only in males and is passed down from father to son. Seven different Jewish groups from communities in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East were compared to various non-Jewish populations from those areas. The results showed, first of all, that "Despite their long-term residence in different countries and isolation from one another, most Jewish populations were not significantly different from one another at the genetic level." Furthermore, the genetic characteristics of Jews were shown to be distinctly different from (non-Jewish) Europeans, suggesting that very little admixture occurred between Jews and Europeans, even after about 80 generations of Jews in Europe. There was a similar distinct difference between Jews and North Africans. In striking contrast, there was an "extremely close affinity of Jewish and non-Jewish Middle Eastern populations [Palestinians, Syrians, Lebanese, Druze, Saudi Arabians] observed here ...[that] supports the hypothesis of a common Middle Eastern origin" of these populations dating back about 4,000 years. The differences between the populations were not statistically significant, demonstrating once again the close genetic relationship of Middle Eastern populations to each other. In fact, the Palestinians and Syrians were so close to the Jews in genetic characteristics that they "mapped within the central cluster of Jewish populations." As one of the Israeli scientists on the team said, "Eventually people will realize that they are not that different." Peace through Genetics?

    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC18733/

The Ashkenazi, Roman, North African, Near Eastern, Kurdish, and Yemenite Jewish populations formed a fairly compact cluster between the North African and European groups. This Jewish cluster was interspersed with the Palestinian and Syrian populations, whereas the other Middle Eastern non-Jewish populations (Saudi Arabians, Lebanese, and Druze) closely surrounded it. Furthermore, the mean Jewish interpopulation Chord (42) distance value was lower than that for any other population group (data not shown). It is of particular interest that the level of divergence among Jewish populations was low despite their high degree of geographic dispersion. Evidence for Common Jewish Origins. Several lines of evidence support the hypothesis that Diaspora Jews from Europe, Northwest Africa, and the Near East resemble each other more closely than they resemble their non-Jewish neighbors. First, six of the seven Jewish populations analyzed here formed a relatively tight cluster in the MDS analysis. The only exception was the Ethiopian Jews, who were affiliated more closely with non-Jewish Ethiopians and other North Africans To address the degree to which paternal gene flow may have affected the Jewish gene pool, we estimated approximate admixture levels in our Jewish samples from Europe. This question remains unresolved in particular for the Ashkenazi community. Our results indicated a relatively minor contribution of European Y chromosomes to the Ashkenazim. If we assume 80 generations since the founding of the Ashkenazi population, then the rate of admixture would be <0.5% per generation. Middle Eastern Affinities. A Middle Eastern origin of the Jewish gene pool is generally assumed because of the detailed documentation of Jewish history and religion. There are not many genetic studies that have attempted to infer the genetic relationships among Diaspora Jews and non-Jewish Middle Eastern populations. A number of earlier studies found evidence for Middle Eastern affinities of Jewish genes (4, 5, 7, 51); however, results have depended to a great extent on which loci were being compared, possibly because of the confounding effects of selection (4). Although the NRY tends to behave as a single genetic locus (52), the DNA results presented here are less likely to be biased by selective effects. The extremely close affinity of Jewish and non-Jewish Middle Eastern populations observed here (Tables (Tables22 and and3)3) supports the hypothesis of a common Middle Eastern origin. Of the Middle Eastern populations included in this study, only the Syrian and Palestinian samples mapped within the central cluster of Jewish populations (Fig. (Fig.2).2). Continued studies of variation in larger samples, additional populations, and at other loci are needed to confirm our inferences as well as to clarify the affinities of Jewish and Middle Eastern Arab populations.

    how Herodutus defined ethnicity:

shared descent (ὅμαιμον - homaimon, "of the same blood") - Jews have this

shared language (ὁμόγλωσσον - homoglōsson, "speaking the same language") - Jews had this, but were then forced to speak other languages as they were expelled and dispersed. They maintained Hebrew, though.

shared sanctuaries and sacrifices (Greek: θεῶν ἱδρύματά τε κοινὰ καὶ θυσίαι - theōn hidrumata te koina kai thusiai) - Jews have this

shared customs (Greek: ἤθεα ὁμότροπα - ēthea homotropa, "customs of like fashion") - Jews have this

  5. ??? What exactly are you saying

Of.coarse Jews are an ethnicity, but its an ethnicity created by religion and the rreligion is the ethnicity.

Its the religious version if nazi Germany.

Your religion over the coarse of its existence literally created its ins superior race cchosen by God. This happened because of SELECTIVE BREEDING....

  9. Russians, Hindus,Germans, Swedes, Romanians etc are ethnic groups too.

Did religion create those ethnic groups?

If Jews are not an ethnicity, why can genetic testing prove that all Jews share a common ancestor/genetic marker?

  10. Yes. Dilla probably sold his handle, shifty ethnic that he is.

This is a common propagandist technique and I wont allow it

Please respond to my actual point
The only reason u brought up the Jewish race thing is to expose your hypocricy.

The only reason Jew exists as a genetic race, us because the Jewish religion selectively bred itself. They are literally "gods chosen people"

It sounds a lot like the supreme German race idea.

Christian Zionist NPO announces push for resolutions against BDS in 34 states

    http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/1...

By the end of this year, what began as a pro-Israel resolution in Tennessee will be a national movement across the USA and around the world. We have already recruited 34 states, with the recent addition of New York and Pennsylvania and this is only the beginning!

  18. No shit. How does this guy have any time for leading a life outside of JIDF duties? Maybe he doesn't.
I'm actually interested in why he has to stay here even though it is clear that no one is being converted.
He really is only hurting the Isreali side (as if they need any help with that). I really never gave a fuck about the Isreali terrorism against palatine until the shill showed up. He and Tom made me start looking into it and their disgusting tactics only helped to solidify my distaste for Isreal. Quite the opposite of the image they wish to portray. Maybe he should be fired.

  19. That's because Hasbara is not really for "us" but intended rather for Diasporic Jews and Jews in general. Hasbara is an endless Passover ritual, a reminder of their exile, the blood on the doorposts, protection from evil and above else, the cohesion of the clan. Even thought the victim phase of their history is fortunately over, they must cling to it to remind themselves that they are indeed a unified group with "Jewish blood" that flows though each of them and through their body politic.

At least that's the Hasbara hope. If it manages to convert or convince a few of "us" along the way, that's a bonus.

Good point, never though of it that way. Jewish propaganda for jews, by jews to cement the notion that they are God's chosen people and therefor are above everyone else, especially Arabs. It still begs the question of why he is here dispite the fact that there aren't many, if any, jews here besides him and he is making a very bad name for Isreal to the rest of "us".
