Weed and Lactic Acid Buildup?

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by LovingTree, Oct 14, 2013.

  1. I was wondering if anyone has had success in reducing soreness/lactic acid buildup by smoking weed.

In theory it should help. If weed is a vasodilator im sure it would help speed up the process.

This is the same reason why I believe it's better to smoke before a workout and after a meal for obvious reasons.

edit: yes it definitely helps take your mind off the soreness via relaxation.

No because it lowers blood pressure blood doesnt travel as much to the sore area so the latic acid stays in muscle. Try a hot shower or a low cardio exercise to help reduce soreness and latic acid build up
