Help with Personal Vaporizers? (Ecigs/Vape pens)

I am making my own E-liquid for my Ego 510 (Pictured here):

 
I found out how to make canna tincture, using the glass jar method. (Grind it up finely, add to Vegetable Glycerin in a mason jar, let soak for a couple weeks, shaking daily). That is where I am currently stuck. After I strain it out and transfer the tincture to a clean jar, how do I make this into E-juice? I plan to buy 10ml bottles (and tag them with my homemade flavors).
 
Here is my problem:
 
I need to know how many grams of ground-up cannabis I need to add to how much Vegetable Glycerin in order to make enough tincture for 5 10ml bottles of ejuice. Each 10ml bottle of ejuice will have Propylene Glycol and flavoring added. (I want to keep a %60 VG, %40 PG level). 
 
From what I heard/learned so far, That would be roughly 6ml of Canna tincture, to 4ml of PG to make a total of one 10ml bottle. (Correct?) That would mean I need to make at least 60ml of canna tincture.
 
Now if I am understanding correctly, one jar would require 60ml of VG, with (X) grams of Cannabis. I would put 6ml of the homemade tincture into each 10ml bottle with 4ml of Propylene Glycol and 2 drops of flavoring to make each E-Liquid. (I plan on using Capella flavor drops).  
 
I am really sorry if this post is confusing, I'm still trying to figure this out. I have not yet made any Canna Tincture yet, so I am still deciding on what to do. 
 
Update: Alright, I think I figure this out. I am going to add 2 grams of ground cannabis to 300ml of Vegetable Glycerin in a mason jar. I will let this sit for 3 weeks, shaking daily. After that, using a measuring syringe, I will measure out 4ml of Propylene Glycol into each 10ml bottle. I will make 50 10ml bottles. (200ml of PG). I will add 6ml of the Canna Tincture to each bottle. For added taste and to mask the scent, I will add two drops of Capella Flavor Drops.
 
If this works, I will have successfully made 50 bottles of E-Liquid. Each bottle fills up 6 cartomizers. One cartomizer lasts me roughly a one session, maybe one/two sessions a day. Meaning it would last me 600 days. (I will most likely cut this recipe in 1/4 for personal use). 
 
Estimated Cost (To produce 150 bottles)
6 grams - $90
1 liter of PG (1,000ml) - $20
1 liter of VG (1,000ml) - $20
3 bottles of flavor - $9
Misc.tools and bottles - $20
Total $150
 
Each bottle sells at stores for $5 
Total $750
 
Home-made saves you a total of: $600
