Let's hope that these next candidates don't end doing a 180 like Obama did, and that they stay true to their word.

  2. Good article, though the author seems to hold some belief that only violent people will try and sell weed if it's decriminalized and not fully legalized. I don't believe that. I think we all know dealers who are anything but. Sure there are some, but attributing violence as a characteristic of being a weed dealer.. seems like a big leap.

  3. If NY legalizes that would be fucking awesome.

  4. Probalby the concern of uninformed parents and civilians that are worried because Weed is still part of the black market in certain areas; but I agree though, it seems like a false positive that they would associate that attitude with a person that is just trying to help fellow stoners out.

Hell yeah, it definitely would! It'll also pave the way for authoritians to see that arresting citizens that aren't harming nobody is just pure nonsensical and absurd.

  5. Cannabis was actually decriminalized in the 70's in NYC. But with Bloombergs stop and frisk and general assholishness you would never know it.

Plus I kind of don't think it happening that soon. We were supposed to have voted on a mmj program in January but it didn't make it to the floor due to a few politicians refusing to vote on it. Instead they felt the need to ban novelty lighters. Then they went on vacation. Fuckers.
