Made this thread so we'd have a spot we could all just hang out (and not just take over the Football fans thread) Hope you guys post in hurr. I'll start, Reportedly Gervinho was bitching about the lack of faith Wenger had in him. I see no reason why Wenger wouldn't have the utmost faith in him...
Unfortunately it's not the five (or however many) of us gushing about Barcelona so some people aren't terribly fond of it
maybe turn this into a gameday thread? we'd lose half the population of the footy thread without you guys lol
ya cut me deep guys, ya cut me deep. i was jk about the "official arsenal thread" shit btw haha, i hope thats not why u made this lol. the football thread would indeed be a ghosttown without u guys
What I was kidding too! What would you guys do without me updating you on what's going on with Arsenal???
Yesterday was a brilliant result. The two best things could happen (aside from Giroud's potential injury) Ozil assists, Giroud scores. So the big Frenchmen is going apeshit this season, so far.
yeah it's almost overshadowed by how beast Ramsey has been...but I was never worried last year about Giroud...He was just nervous, and this year he's not missing those easy chances he had last year...quite the opposite actually...He really could do with some backup in the january window though, especially if this vein of form we're in continues...Even if it is someone ineligible for UCL, we need bodies.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ensobq0ELtM we really do need to get more gooners in here to talk....there are actually a ton on this site....most don't even go in the footy thread...but this video is awesome. get pyro in here
Figured I'd take a stab at a little pre-game write-up; Arsenal sit on top of the BPL tied with Liverpool. Arsenal have netted an impressive 14 goals in 7 premier league games. The Gunners are coming off their first draw of the season at the Hawthorns against West Bromwich Albion ending Arsenal's fantastic 12 game away streak (stemming from the 2-0 win at Munich in the UEFA Champions League last season). Gunner's star, Aaron Ramsey has found the back of the net four times in his last four premier league matches. Mesut Ozil sits proudly at top of the EPL assist leaders with three. Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger has stated that Cazorla, Sagna, and Ozil (after his knock in international competition) are all clear to play on Saturday. Norwich City have failed to find success early in the BPL. The 15-18 spots are currently being contested by Norwich, Swansea, Stoke, and Fulham with Swansea and Stoke ahead on goal difference. Norwich are coming off a 3-1 defeat to Chelsea. The Canaries have failed to find the back of the net in three of their EPL games. Not one player on Norwich has more than a single goal this season (in premier league competition).
