3x3x6 Grow box, 2 plant dwc bucket in SCROG. Need advice please

    Hi all, as stated in the title I have a 35X35X78 (inch) grow box with a DIY 2 plant dwc bucket. This is my second grow, my first was about 5 years ago so I am very excited (here's the link: http://forum.grasscity.com/grow-journals/273136-first-grow-attempt-hydro-cfl-blue-alaskan-thunderfuck.html). I'm planning on doing SCROG or some kind of LST. Currently I have a 96 watt fluoro 4 tube lamb for early veg and I will be picking up a 250 or 400 watt HPS for flowering. I will be using an air cooled hood with an inline fan. I'm going to be using the canna line for nutes and will probably substitute something for boost because its so pricey.
     
    The bucket is a 10 gal sterilite with 2 5 inch net pots and 2 medium sized airstones on a single 4 watt pump. The bucket has a spigot on the bottom front for drainage and a fill hole with a cap in the lid. I have not yet built the scrog as I am still in the planning phase and am looking for advice. 
     
    I have been doing a lot of research but I am still having difficulty deciding on the right way to go. Any help answering the following questions will be greatly appreciated.
     
    1. Once the plant has grown through the screen what would be the best method to gain accessibility to the inside of the res? I am worried about a fixed screen because if I have to use the frozen bottle method to cool the res it seems like it will be very difficult to get the new bottle in and the old one out.
     
    2. Will a 400 watt HPS be too much for the area and style of my grow?
     
    3. I have the spigot at the bottom of the res but what is the best way to drain out all the nutes? I was thinking of permanently elevating the res on some cinder blocks and plywood and then draining into a bucket or oil drain pan.
     
    4. Based on your experience, is there any advice you can offer me to make my grow more successful?
     
    (I have not put the tent cover on as I am waiting for finalize my plan)

    1) attach screen to top of buckets, so you can still lift everything
    2)i use 400w mh in a 3x3x5 tent, i have great venting though
    3) you can get U seals i think name is attach 90degree with piping that rotates, check out my journal, you bend the pipe down water drains, spin it up and nothing comes out, its pretty common practice
    4) learn how cannabis grows as a plant before you learn how to train or manipulate it, you learn to crawl before run
