Quick update. Pka and nlxbb

Also. . Took about an oz of trim and airy buds and decided to make some Green Dragon tincture. Since I used both the lsd and pck trim/buds it looks more purple... (from the pck). I used 153 percent grain alcohol, will sit for about two weeks, giving it a shake a couple times a day.. Then ill pop the top abs let the alcohol evaporate off. I'm not going to be applying any heat to reduce the mixture. . Becuase of safety reasons. .

Thanks brotha! I'm going to be enfusing this into some edibles add making a lotion too. Numbing cream so to speak, so no actually ingesting is needed. . Figuring out thc vs cbd's for pain mangement. after getting some help with the math. . This tincture, after reduction, should roughly be about 70%thc content per 1ml.. dosage wise. . 1 to 2 drops from a dropper. . Yea. . Kick ass.. well I'm hoping..

 

Hey all. . So I opened the jar after sitting only a week. I wanted to see how it went with evaporating open air style. . I placed a fan on it. Within six hours is went from 8oz to 4oz.. And is still purple in color. .

Was going to test 5ml dose to see what happens. . Any thoughts?

 

I actually reduced to much alcohol and created hash oil. Ill be reconstitute it back into tinctures. got some advice from another grower ands this thread

Little update on my pka.. we achieved full reversal on two branches.


I stunted the plant, I do believe. I started one week later than I should of started . Results are fem pollen sacs. . Ill be selfing this girl as well, to see if I can actually produce fem seeds.. heres the girl, you can see in the lower right the pollen sacs on the lower branch

 

Well today. . Sacs are about to open. . Maybe mod next week she will be ready to collect that pollen goodness .

 

Nope. . It's a girl. . I sprayed the bottom two branches with CS that I made from silver rods, ro water and a 9 volt battery. . To reverse the two lower branches from female to male, except the pollen is female. . How Fem seeds are created. Once they are ready. . Ill collect the pollen and apply onto the pistols which will then produce seeds, fem seeds. I'm not using a male plant at all. If I pollenate itself, the seeds will be S1, if I pollenate a different plant it will be F1. Now if I take the pollen and apply onto a different plant, for example the nlxbb, it will produce fem seeds and I will have crossed nlxbb with a pka, thus giving me a cross like so, nlxbb x pka, and those seeds will be fem.

I wanted to see if I could reverse a female plant with my CS spray to collect the pka pollen (fem pollen) to produce more pka fem seeds. Plus another project I'm working on. . So far its working out great!

 

I never grew out Either one before. . And height space might have been an issue.. I planned on just fem the pka.. I stunted her.. So she never did hit the scrog. . The nlxbb is filling out her area of the scrog nicely. They are both at 59 days today, from seed.

Edit. I raised scrog 6 inches. . From original height to be able to spray the pka
