Purple stem

    The stem on my seedling is purple...I planted it a little over a week ago and is growing fine, but yeah the stem is purple. And covered in crystally white hairs. Is this a bad sign?

    Kind of a purple/magenta color

    Cold mean cold temperature, but that's fine. Or it could be genetics, which is fine too. Either way, your in the clear man.

    I had one that was purple till it was about 8-12". Turned out fine.
