Okay I was wondering if anyone knew how many lumens a plant can take without being burned? More so I am wondering about cool white and soft white leds and the lumens.
From what I understand, as long as the temps stay manageable you can put in as much light as you want. I'm running a 600W (~90,000 lumens) on one plant in a 3sf area and I've seen no signs of heat stress at any point during the grow. Haha, I've seen lots of other signs of stress, but none from heat.
