  3. definitely thirsty.

  4. hit it with some properly ph'd aqua asap

  5. Hoe long does it take to recover? Because i fed it a gallon of fresh water and the leaves are still drooping :/

  6. a gallon? now they are overwatered. let it dry out to about an inch below surface. then water till it's damp, don't drench it.

  7. There are other boards directed towards growing, and growing problems.. you would get much better feedback if you posted this over there.

Okay ill try it over there, its just this general forum has lots of people on it and sometimes theres close to none in some of the growing sections

  9. Overwatering is not determined by how much water you run through the container at once. But rather when you water too often. 1gal. of water every 5 days is fine. You do want to get about 15% runoff. Especially if you're using bottled nutrients that cause salts to build up in your soil.

  10. Dude, leave your plant alone. You're fussing over it too much. You watered it and that's that. Let it be and it will recover on it's own.

What kind of soil are you using? And are you giving it nutrients yet?

  11. Alrite your saying if i water a gallon every 3-5 days then i should start to see it recover? Thanks for the help btw

  12. Yes im using fox farm nutrients, only watered it with nutes like twice. Im using reg potting soil from ace hardware store with added perlite

  13. You have to pay attention to your plant. You noticed that after not watering for 5 days the leaves became soft and limp. So at this point, you should be watering on the 5th day. As your plant grows, it will require watering more frequently. again, pay attention on what day the leaves start to get really soft and go limp. You will then know to adjust your watering schedule.

  14. Which fox farm nutes are you using and what dosages? Your leaves might not be drooping due to under watering / over watering. They might be "clawing" due to over fertilizing. Can you take a few pics of your plant a few hours after you water? I want to see what it looks like after it's been watered.

  15. get some superthrive. :smoke:  It costs almost nothing can be bought at the same place you got your foxfarm, definitely helps plants through tough times.. :gc_rocks:

  16. Gotta sort out the problems before you start adding stuff to your soil. If he is having pH swings, superthrive would only make the problem worse as it brings the pH down some.

  17. Fox farm trio - nutes

Pics after i watered. Also the leaves arent soft they feel stiff like paper thats why i thought it was overwatrred. So could it be because of the amount of nutes

  18. It could be a number of things. I don't know what kind of soil you're using (regular potting soil doesn't tell me much). And I don't know the amounts of nutrients you're using. The clawing can be from over fertilizing or a pH swing. Can you purchase a liquid pH test kit from an aquarium store? They cost around $6. Test your runoff pH. If you're pH is in range, then you can cross that off your list of possible issues.
