Only got 1 lady this time but she is super happy. (uploading pics now will post when complete) Here's the setup. DWC BB, 400w mh/hps, GH Grow Micro Bloom. I have 3 air pumps and 4 air stones. small fan for bulb heat control. security no issue here so no extensive exhaust or anything. I keep the doors open and ac at 78f. ambient room temp stays at 77F. my house smells so good. She is from bag seed. My first grow didn't herm but produced a few seeds (probably genetic) so I used them. I believe <--------she is from the taller one which netted me 5.5 ounces of the the 1/2 lb mentioned earlier. She is at 3 weeks of 12/12. ppm at 777. ph to 5.9-6.2 because she drinks a gallon a day, ph consistently drops. vegged her for 28 days to 10 nodes high. she preflowered on day 11. she is now over 3' and flowering nicely. couple pics from my first grow can be seen here and the full thread is here (never mind the name, it's a long story)
Looks fantastic! For only your second grow, it seems you're owning that DWC system. Great job! For safety reasons, I would recommend moving your air pumps up, higher than the the water level in your reservoir. If the power blinks out, those will siphon water out the pump. Possibly ruining the pump, and possibly causing an electric shock hazard. If your pH is swinging that much each day (expected with a big plant in a small reservoir) You may consider adding a float valve, and a bucket of fresh water/fresh nutrients that will gravity feed into the DWC system, as the plant transpires water. This would make an effective auto top-off system, giving you a much more stable root system. Plus it would be inexpensive, and add a lot of value to your grow. Keep up the great job!
neither really. I like to trim some of the more obstructive shade leaves and any minor bud sites. other than that I just let em grow.
Yea I thought so by shape. I'm lolipoping and fim/ topping allot now to shape them more now that I'm home more. Only have 4 foot ceiling in closet so gotta work with space. I just uploaded more pics to my post.
top looking kinda scrawny. think I switched to flowering nutes too soon. thinking so cause had the same problem last grow but this time it's a little worse. hit it with 1.25 extra N per gallon. ph to 5.8, ppm 800 even. other than that she is coming in beautifully.
View attachment 122387 View attachment 122388 View attachment 122389 did a thorough trim last night and a res change. half strength nutes plus an extra 1.25 per gallon of Grow to help green out the top some more. ppm 748 and was consistent through lights out. ph stayed exactly the same as well. I give her a day to recover then be back on track. will post pics soon.
I trimmed some minor bud sites from the lower nodes, and a lot of foliage. every bud site now has direct light. she's so happy. getting frosty already too. probably won't trim again unless absolutely necessary. about 5 weeks to go.
Looks good! And only the 2nd grow? What you got wrapped around that bucket? I agree on float valves. Pretty easy to set up. Works like a leaky toilet lol. I haven't had the need for one since I'm home a lot. If u ain't home to top up, its definitely something to invest in.

it such a shame you stripped all those leaves of man, that plant is struggling without the use of their engines. bud can photosynthesise a little bit but no where near to the extent the large fan leaves do, its their job
it helped last time and since I only the one girl this time I said fuck it. i'll get a 1/4 lb easy off her. just needed it to last long enough till my auto's are done. ordered some Auto NYCD and Auto Bubblegum. as long as they arrive (fingers crossed) they only take 70 days max. getting 5 free seeds too for after that

gonna give em a try. figured guaranteed harvest every 60 days. that's what I need. I smoke a lot. lol they were only $7 a seed. got 2 of each and some freebies. kinda concerned about sending them to my house, but fuck it.
