Whats Wrong? Leaves curling, wilting, brown on edges

  1. Hello All,  I need help,  I have a constant rotation of plants flowering.  I start flowering 4 every 2 weeks.  The last 3 crops to "finish" I have began having problems week 4.  The leaves start to wilt like they're underwatered.  They curl up and down.  They seem to be rotting before drying out.    But when I water them they dont recover.   Instead of continuing to get fatter like buds should they seem to level off and start to finish and get very stringy before dying.

Here are some options I was researching

    FERTILIZER/ BURN
I am using the whole Home and Garden line. I have been using it for a year now without similar problems.   During week 4 the nutes change a little with the addition of bud xl.  I am sure I am using the right amount and have had no problems before.  Is it possible the Bud XL got contaminated or went bad.     Every similar picture Ive found says nute burn but I just dont see how since Ive been using the same stuff and flushing wont work.  I would think that I would have to seriously over fertilize them for this result and I havent been.  Unless there is something wrong with this specific bottle of Bud XL.     I have tried flushing with little to no results.  Maybe not flushing enough?    I just dont think its nute burn.

    PH
I am PH-ing now to 6.5.   I think my Old meter was broken but they are still having the problem.  I am using fox farm soil.  I dont PH the soil

    OVER WATERING/ROOT ROT
I dont think its root rot or overwatering because I tend to accidentally let plants get a little dry as opposed to overwatering.  Also, I checked one of the dead plants for root rot and the roots wernt bright white but they didnt seem to be rotted.

    PESTS
I treat for spider mites.  There doesnt seem to be a bug problem.

    HEAT/ HUMIDITY
It is the middle of summer so the room gets pretty hot and humid.  I ventilate as best I can.  Bout 80 degrees F and 70 % humidity

    LIGHT BURN
I am using 400- 600 watt hps lights.    If they were burned slightly by the lights,  would they recover or continue to go bad?  They get rotated between lights every 2 weeks and have just continued to get worse no matter which one.

Here are some pictures attached.  The one that is worse (0544) is week seven.  The other ones are just starting week 5 and the problem has just started in the past few days.   The plants have just been super cropped but arent recovering how there supposed to they seem to be rotting at the bend points now.  But they are also showing the symptoms below the bends.      I am desperate to find out whats been happening the middle of my grow and continues to get worse after flushing.       Please HELP!

  3. when you flush. use 3-4x the amount of your pot. and make sure it is ph'd properly. when finished let dry out almost completely before resuming feeding schedule.
if it is a root issue (very likely) a transplant would be in order. ur overall yield has already been affected, so do what you can asap.

  4. The problem was that I bent the stems and it was too hot and they rotted at the bends instead of healing.  This spread throughout the plant.  Thanks for the replies guys.  Sorry Im late.

  5. Your problem is nutrient burn.
How often are you feeding them and what is the tds ppm?

  6. And I'm assuming you're not checking your runoff, right?
