Has anyone died from dabbing yet?

  1.
Point blank, you're gonna pass the fuck out before reaching anywhere near a dose to be concerned about. There are cultures that will eat decarbed hash in amounts in excess of 30 grams at a time, a far more concerning dose than any dab run, and don't experience health problems.

So your saying an obese man with heart problems will be perfectly fine dabbing away and having his heart race like in many inexperienced users and has NO health risks at all?

  3.
And this pretense that dabs are any more dangerous than combusting hash is unfounded and absurd. There's no scientific reasoning that dabbing is to be concerned with any more than smoking potent bubble hash.

  4.
No more risk than smoking hash in other ways like people have been for a long long time.

  5. I'm saying man, in normal everyday people it is FINE. No health problems at all.

I just am speculating that someone with heart, health, weight, etc problems may be at risk for problems.

  6.
You have literally thousands of years of known use to gauge the relative risk on. Concentrates are not new.

  7. im already over this post, :metal:

"Marijuana can be hard on the heart. In the first hour after smoking pot, a person's risk of a heart attack could rise almost five times, according to a Harvard University researcher.
    "

    "Could rise"

  9. That's what I was saying.....

Which isn't good in people with health problems? Especially obese people...

    But yeah.

I'm kinda done with this thread too.

  10.
You don't understand the context of the word "could".

    There's still no definitive evidence.

  11. Do you not understand that cannabis certainly is not 100% safe for those with heart, blood circulation, and obese problems because it can put blood pressure on dangerous levels for them and quickens up their heart rate even while just relaxing? Imagine if they were on marijuana and had a scare and their heart rate picked up even fast, you really think there is no risk of heart attack right there?

    I doubt that.

  12.
Do you understand how many people have died as a result of cannabis use?

Water has killed more people than cannabis.

  13. Natural cannabis is safe! And as for the safety of older people using it, well, I think these may answer that question!

As for dabs, the scientists are just now learning about them! (In some ways they are kind of "slow"! lol) Zero on that subject at PubMed! But so far, the scientists have found that cannabis does not seem to affect the breathing processes that are controlled in the brain, so cannabis is very unlikely to cause death!

You dudes should really get a copy of my List and learn more about cannabis! (Check out the bottom of my sig)

  14. if you want to go on about something like that than you can say drinking too much coffee is unhealthy for obese people. or going for a run, because we all know running raises our heart rate.

    your point is moot.

  15. Dabbing = coke x meth x heroin x crack x krocodil x spray paint x gasoline

    Dabbing...not even once.

    • Like Like x 1
  16. i know people that have been dabbing daily for years...no adverse effects that i can tell

Running too far for an obese person IS bad for them, especially in the heat. I ran cross country for my high school for three years, if you were heavy you weren't supposed to run as far as someone like me who is underweight. We only had one heavy runner, but still.

While running your also burning fats and what not, which isn't exactly the same while sitting down high.

Also running too much is bad for anyone, cross country actually has research suggesting it damages runners hearts from too much work.

    High- heart rate increases

    Scared- heart rate increases

high + scared- heart rate greatly increases

    nervous- heart rate increases

high + nervous- heart rate greatly increases

high + run - heart rate grealty increases

Someone with a bad heart, yeah I wouldn't recommend such things.

I don't see how a greatly increased heart rate can be good for anyone with heart issues, buuut as Granny posted, I don't really know.

As long as your wax is properly purged n done right......I dont really see the negatives. If your super fat w alot of health problems, I prolly wouldnt do it that much, cuz loss of oxygen n what not...... but its kinda rare in that case IMO.

I just heard about dabbing less than a year ago, and my town never really even knew about it....yeah we heard of hash n similar methods...but literally within the past year....there has been a BHO explosion in my town. Everybody got oil rigs n G-pens now......shits becoming more n more popular. Its prolly kinda hard to see the jump w this stuff....if your in a medi state, because well its so readily available.

And even the dealers are goin after this stuff now cuz its a lesser charge considering that concentrates are considered the same as marijuana around here, and over 30gs is a felony..............so get caught w 3gs of wax, or over an OZ of bud.......im takin the wax
